Get an insider’s look at how tech leaders plan to adeptly guide their companies through ongoing digital transformations, recurring challenges in sourcing and hiring tech talent, and competing digital priorities.
It was excellent working with the talent selected for the project. Aditi did very well as a partner from start to finish on this initiative. This initiative was plagued with challenges right from day one with environment related issues, buy-in from a couple of key stakeholders and availability of test accounts. In spite of all of this, a solid solution was built and delivered, which is in the process of being leveraged to further streamline QA efforts.

I wanted to share that I have been very pleased with Aditi’s offshore team members. They are technically competent, I see them delivering on their work, and I’ve been happy with, content of their inputs on our daily grooming calls. If I could, I would clone these people! So, as we replace departing resources and add resources to meet our new 110 SP velocity, I expect to get equally competent resources like these offshore team members. These people are the most critical Aditi development resources on my team, and I constantly see great things from them! Please share my appreciation with each of them and remind them we have officially closed last year’s rocky PM+ delivery chapter. We are now in control and writing a new chapter and making things much better for our team because these 5 folks deliver! They ROCK! I love working with them and I feel they are equally invested in making our T-Mobile solutions better!! Thank you and thank them! 2021 was an extremely challenging year for PIER teams. Through it, our Aditi consultant has provided steadfast support to the team. I want to thank our consultant for being the rock of the team and the tremendous improvements he has made himself in support the team. Our consultant has become a developer we have come to rely on.
I want to send a special THANK YOU to one of our key consultants for supporting the log4j fixes in December over a weekend that took us all night to complete. He was a real trooper! He did most of it by himself for the Integration parts until he got some support. Our consultant continues to do outstanding work for our team and is highly thought of for his leadership and development skills.
